In our 6th year in Burlington, Souza's is providing Vermonters with the opportunity to explore cuisine and traditions from Brazil.
At Souza's you "experience" food in the traditional Brazilian style known as churrasco - meaning "barbeque" over wood, which we import from South America. Our style of service is rodizio - meaning constant service of great food. The servers continue to bring a selection of meats on giant skewers and vegetables to your table until you say "enough".
With 18 feet of international salad bar we feature the finest South American dining experience on the East Coast.
